Level Five: Faculty Program Class Descriptions

Presentation and Instructional Design Part 1 and 2
This course is presented over two weekends. It provides instruction and skill building practice for making presentations and provides some background in instructional design and development.

Reading Group Energy and Providing Feedback
This class provides you with the skills required to:
– Observe a group exercise in which students are using intuition and healing skills
– Perform an intuitive skills assessment of the existing intuition and healing energy skills in use by the group
– Determine how the skills can be improved
– Provide feedback and additional instruction to the group members to enhance performance
This class is for instructors who must aid learning through observation of how adult learners are using intuition and energy.

Faculty Training and Prep Meeting
This class provides you with the information required to become part of the Lasseter-Lundy Institute Faculty. Newly certified instructors will begin student teaching their first (and perhaps second year depending on the schedule) with an experienced instructor and then begin teaching on their own. The class provides another opportunity to work on presentation skills and receive feedback from other participants.

Mentoring and Coaching

Students will be provided with mentoring and coaching opportunities throughout the year. Founder Wanda Lasseter Lundy will provide a practicum twice during each year. Faculty members will provide coaching and mentoring for students throughout the year.

Each learning level leads to a certification, but courses may be taken separately as well, based on your needs.

Certification requires passing a skill assessment which staff will ensure you are able to do. Mentoring and coaching are provided to supplement the learning levels. All courses available online.
