These courses are designed to provide a foundation of learning about intuition and energy, the relationships, and how each works. You will learn to use your intuition and how to perform basic energy healing on others and yourself. This level is recommended for people who are newer to these concepts, but is more comprehensive and advanced than an introductory class or a typical Reiki class.
The courses in this level may be taken separately based on your needs, or you may take the entire series of courses to receive a certification as a Level One Energy Masters Foundation Practitioner™.

Level One: Foundation Program Class Descriptions
The Energy System
This class provides a foundation of knowledge about the energy system, the components and the basics of how it works. You will learn to feel another person’s energy and determine if it is in working order.
Becoming Intuitive: How Intuition Works
This class explains:
– What intuition is
– The basics of how intuition works, including the clair-senses
– How intuition is developed
– How energy is read by building an energy vocabulary and how to build one
– How symbolism in clairvoyance works
– Practice exercises
Becoming Intuitive: Empathy is a Gift
Many people are naturally empathic. They are able to feel what other people are feeling, either physically or emotionally. Often empathic people are uncomfortable with these feelings and affected by them for a period of time after having them. This class teaches you how to turn empathy into a gift that informs you about others and situations while simultaneously maintaining your energy and feeling well.
Becoming Intuitive: Reading People
This class explains how readings are performed. You will learn to connect to another person, tune into and sense their energy, read the energy at a beginning level, and provide the information to the person you are reading. Practice exercises included.
Becoming Intuitive: Channeling/Mediumship
This class teaches you the basics of channeling and mediumship. Learn what channeling and mediumship are and how to perform each. Experience the difference between these two types of intuition and how to use your energy to create these experiences. Practice exercises included.
Becoming a Healer: Initiations and Openings
During this class, the instructor will provide you with the energy enhancements and initiations required for you to become a healer. The class members will receive energy openings that allow them to connect to healing energy, energy clearings that allow them to channel healing energy, and initiation into several types of healing energy.
Becoming a Healer: Energy Flows
This class explains the use of flowing energy as the essential healing tool. Energy flow is the primary method for decongesting a client’s energy. Learn how to create a flow of energy from outside the body to inside the body and how to redistribute energy from one place to another within the body. Experience how energy flows and what it does as it flows.
Becoming a Healer: Energy Issues
This class provides an explanation of how energy congests in a person, causing energy blockages. You will learn about the thought forms and emotional patterns that cause energy congestions, how congestion harms the body and how to detect energy problems in the body and aura.
Becoming a Healer: Clearing Energy
This class builds on the material in Energy Flows. During the class, you will first learn to clear your own energy. Then you will learn basic techniques for clearing energy by directing energy flow, using energy to raise vibration, spacing a client’s energy, and modeling cleared energy.
Becoming a Healer: Intuition and Healing
During this class, you will combine the use of intuition with healing energy to give feedback to a client on the healing experience. You will learn about using intuition to determine why a client has congested energy, how their energy has modified as a result, and describe how their energy is changing as they receive healing.
Mentoring and Coaching
Students will be provided with mentoring and coaching opportunities throughout the year. Founder Wanda Lasseter Lundy will provide a practicum twice during each year. Faculty members will provide coaching and mentoring for students throughout the year.
Each learning level leads to a certification, but courses may be taken separately as well, based on your needs.
Certification requires passing a skill assessment which staff will ensure you are able to do. Mentoring and coaching are provided to supplement the learning levels. All courses available online.
Mentoring Pricing
- $50 per hour for mentoring up to three participants in the same session
- $100 per hour for one individual mentee
- Two hour group development classes are $50 per evening, dropping to $30 per evening if 6 or more participants register
- Practice sessions will be scheduled at no charge
