DESCRIPTION:The Body Electric Workshop bridges intuitive energy work with principles from electrical engineering to offer a new way of understanding the body as a dynamic bioelectric and bio-electromagnetic system. \n\n\n\nFor those having some familiarity with energy healing\, this workshop provides a structured framework for what you are sensing and working with—translating energetic experience into system-level awareness. \n\n\n\nUsing foundational concepts such as power\, grounding\, signal flow\, communication\, and regulation\, we will explore how these patterns exist within the physical and subtle bodies (aura)\, and how they influence energy\, stability\, focus\, and presence. \n\n\n\nThis is primarily an experiential workshop. Through guided demonstrations and hands-on practice\, you will: \n\n\n\n\nRefine your sensitivity to internal electrical and energetic signals\n\n\n\nLearn how to stabilize and “ground” your system more effectively\n\n\n\nWork with patterns that affect energy flow\, attention\, and coherence\n\n\n\nExplore practical ways to “upgrade” how your system processes and responds\n\n\n\n\nThe workshop concludes by integrating these core subsystems into a more coherent and responsive whole—supporting greater clarity\, resilience\, and vitality. \n\n\n\nPresenter: \n\n\n\nDouglas Macauley combines four decades of experience in electrical engineering—designing circuit boards\, systems\, and software—with 16 years of work in intuitive energy healing\, body awareness\, and mindfulness. He teaches both children and adults how to deepen awareness\, stabilize their internal state\, and access greater personal empowerment through connection with the body. \n\n\n\nHe is also the author of a children’s book series on body awareness and mindfulness\, available on Amazon.
